Mihai joined the team at BRD Asset Management S.A.I. in 2016 as President & CEO, in which role he was responsible for the company's strategy and development. Previously, Mihai held the position of Chief Investment Officer at S.A.I. Erste Asset Management, where he was responsible for implementing the investment strategy for the entities under its management.

Mihai is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charterholder and a member of the Board of Directors of CFA Society Romania. He is also a member of the Romanian Association of Asset Managers (AAF).

Mihaela joined the team at BRD Asset Management S.A.I. in 2017, initially coordinating internal control and compliance activities. She has been Deputy CEO since 2018 and currently oversees operations, risk management, corporate governance, product management, and middle-office activities, as well as matters related to the entity’s compliance.

With a career spanning nearly 20 years in the financial and banking sector, Mihaela previously coordinated depositary and custody services at Banca Comercială Română, possessing extensive expertise in investment funds, pension funds, product management for capital market services, and distribution activities. Mihaela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Stock Exchange / Faculty of Economics and Business Administration from Al. I. Cuza University in Iași, and an EMBA from the Bucharest International School of Management.

Alexandru joined the team at BRD Asset Management S.A.I. in the autumn of 2016, leading the Investment Department. As Chief Investment Officer of the asset management company, Alexandru is responsible for implementing the investment strategy for the managed funds. Additionally, he serves as Deputy Director.

Prior to joining BRD Asset Management S.A.I., Alexandru was a capital market analyst at Raiffeisen Bank, covering some of the most prominent companies listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB). Alexandru is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charterholder.

With over 20 years of experience in financial product sales and trading, Bogdan is responsible for coordinating sales and marketing activities at BRD Asset Management S.A.I. The experience he has accumulated in key industry positions represents a strong asset in client relations, diversifying distribution channels, and expanding and positioning the product range.

Bogdan has been a member of the CFA Society Romania since 2013, when he was awarded the CFA charter, one of the most prestigious designations globally among financial professionals.

With over 11 years of experience in the banking and financial sector, Loredana joined the team at BRD Asset Management S.A.I. in 2017 as an Operations Officer within the Finance & Operations Division. She later became Operations Coordinator within the same division, responsible for overseeing all activities related to the net asset value (NAV) calculation for the funds managed by BRD Asset Management S.A.I.

Currently, Loredana is part of the Product & Process Management Division, where she organizes, coordinates, plans, and tracks development and promotion projects for investment funds, manages company-level projects with impact on the society and its managed products, and coordinates the middle-office activities carried out within the division. Loredana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Banking from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Al. I. Cuza University in Iași, and is a certified Project Manager. Her commitment to excellence and professional integrity makes her a trusted leader within our organization.

Simona has been with the BRD Asset Management S.A.I. team since early 2009, bringing over 18 years of experience in the banking and financial industry. With extensive expertise in investment funds as well as solid accounting knowledge, Simona coordinates the operations and finance functions at BRD Asset Management S.A.I.

Simona graduated from the Faculty of Finance, Insurance, Banking and Stock Exchange at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE) and holds the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualification, currently the world’s leading body for professional accountants.

Dragoș Minjină is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. He has worked in risk management for over 10 years within the banking industry and currently heads the Risk Management Division at BRD Asset Management S.A.I.

Dragoș has further enhanced his professional credentials by earning the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charter.

Adriana joined the team at BRD Asset Management S.A.I. in 2017 as an Operations Officer. She has served as Operations Coordinator within the Finance & Operations Division since 2023.

With a career spanning nearly 15 years in the financial and banking sector, Adriana previously worked across several companies in roles including Junior Accountant and Operations Officer, later serving as Depositary Expert at Banca Comercială Română, where she managed both investment funds and pension funds. Adriana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Faculty of Financial and Accounting Management at Spiru Haret University in Bucharest.

Estela has been working in the banking and financial industry since 2015, following her graduation from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest. She joined BRD Asset Management S.A.I. in 2024 as Internal Control & Compliance Coordinator, having been approved for this key position by the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF). In this role, she oversees internal control and compliance activities, ensures and tracks compliance by the company and its staff with current capital market legislation and internal regulations, and maintains direct liaison with the Financial Supervisory Authority. In fulfilling her duties, she reports to the Board of Directors and notifies Executive Management.
